Where we ship :
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time (2 -3 Business days) :
All orders are processed and packed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday through Friday are prioritized for same-day processing. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping method and delivery time :
All orders ship free via USPS Ground Advantage from our New Jersey warehouse.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after shipping
- East Coast states (NY, CT, PA, MA, MD, DE, VA): typically 1–3 business days
- Midwest and South: typically 3–4 business days
- West Coast (CA, OR, WA): typically 4–5 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–7 business days.
Tracking :
Every order receives a USPS tracking number sent automatically to your email once your order ships. You can track your package at usps.com or directly from your order confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order please contact us.
Why ship from New Jersey?
Unlike other sellers who ship AIM30 directly from Japan — which takes 10–20 days and may incur import fees — ZenPaws Japan stocks all products domestically in New Jersey. Your order arrives faster, with no customs delays, no import fees, and no uncertainty.
Lost or delayed packages :
USPS Ground Advantage includes basic coverage. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us at info@aim30catfood.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will file a claim and reship your order at no charge.
Damaged in transit :
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately with a delivered box and email it to info@aim30catfood.com within 7 days of delivery. We will refund the cost of the product.
